Returns Policy

We will accept the return of MyTan Tanning Pills if they are damaged,  have been sent to you in error, or if you are in any way unsatisfied.

To return an item please send an e-mail via our Contact Us page for return authorisation.

Your right to cancel, or the ‘Cooling Off’ period, is seven working days after the day on which the goods are received. However should the products not be to your satisfaction, please notify us within 60 days of original purchase for a full refund. You can expect your money to be refunded within 30 days.  Please note that in the case of multiple repeat orders, we will only refund the most recent order.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or a substitution has been made. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. All goods on which the seal has been broken are not cover by this cooling off period.
