Cancellation Policy
Your right to cancel your order, or "cooling off period", is 14 working days after the day on which the goods are received. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of the order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. Goods on which the seal has been broken are not covered by this cooling off period. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service when returning any products as you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged.
